Dr. Pastor Priscilla Oliphant is a native of the South African continent; though Priscilla was
chosen and ordained by God first, she has also attended Sacramento Seminary Collage, where
she earned her Master’s Degree and was honored with the prestigious title of “Pastor Priscilla”.
Although Pastor Priscilla earned her Pastoral Degree several years later, on May 24 th 2014, she
was also crowned with another prestigious title of “Doctor Pastor Priscilla Oliphant”!

Since the conception of Unity International Aid Foundation I have been involved in, dedicated to, and committed to the organizations mission and mandate of serving others. I truly consider it a great honor and humbling privilege to be part of Unity International Aid Foundation, as many lives have been blessed and made better because of God’s grace.

Dr Seane
Is currently appointed by the National Minister of Health as a member of
the Medical & Dental Board which is an affiliate of the Health Professional Council of
South Africa a regulatory body which serves to protect the public and empower the
professionals.
Dr Seane’s interests and expertise revolve around the holistic quality care of patients
and the community and he receives referrals from colleagues locally, nationally and
internationally attributing to his passion and commitment as a community leader.

Right Reverend Mxolisi Mazaza , a minister for the past 40 years.
Has for 34 years also being employed in different leading South African financial institutions and left the sector after serving as regional manager for 5 years to join the UIAF
He currently represents the UIAF on theUnited Africa Fund as Africa Programme Chair since 2015.

He has spent over 15 years in the financial arenas of mortgage, investments, and insurance industries. Utilizing that knowledge, he endeavors to assist people in understanding the fiduciary correlation of debt. He has guided people through their financial enigmas by applying simple budgeting and fiscal disciplines—a member of the Life Underwriters Training Council (LUTC) he has received several honors for business. Over UIAF Women's Ministry
I am Pastor for Hope Christian Church from Bloemfontein, South Africa for the last 29 years.
I am also head of the woman's ministry for both Uiaf,and Hope Christian church where we pray and feed clothing widows and orphans for the last 40 years through Dr. Priscilla Oliphant. with Donations from America. I work under the OFCO Dr Maleho Seane who is over all the projects of UIAF.
we assist the elderly, and youth mentorship working together with our local volunteers and churches.

Our journey started years ago in ministry, knowing that God had a greater to unite us in a divine appointment. As a married couple, we walk this path together, guided by faith and love.
Pastor Randall brings over 25 years experience to New Hebron Life Church, having been ordained under the Church of God in Christ. With certifications in theology, church governance, and administration, he is passionate about preaching God's Word for the end times, fostering spiritual growth, and building authentic communities. We believe the is a family, a place where everyone belongs and finds refuge.
Lady Ray compliments this vision beautifully, With her background in Administration, Human Resources counseling and Pastoral care, they offer compassionate support to those facing life challenges. Their heart for outreach and missions drives them to seek opportunities to make a difference beyond out church walls.

Over Men's Ministry UIAF
I am Rowland Dixon Mogaecho, married to Edna for the past 44 years. We have been blessed with three children, Cleona, Hubert and Renchia. We have a son in law, Marlin, married to Cleona and a daughter in law Runique, who is married to Hubert. We are also blessed with six grandchildren plus an adopted son, Kabelo Moletsane, who is now touring the world as a singer on a luxury boat.I am the founder and senior leader of Grace Ministries that was founded in June of 2003. We have a branch in Bloemfontein and another in Prieska in the Northern Cape.
I have a doctorate in Diviny from From All Nations Bible Institution- South Africa. I have also been studying through International Theological Academy, based in Switzerland.I have been in ministry for about 40 years and have traveled to countries such as Kenya, England, Mozambique, Botswana and Switzerland. I have been with UIAF since 2010. Pastor over all the UIAF churches of the free state.
